Please note that all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Verification

Customers are advised to confirm the following before placing an order:

Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Exchange

To qualify, the item must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact. Products that are damaged, opened, or not returned in the same state as delivered will not be eligible for exchange.
